Sasha was hired in 2001. She stopped in at Rutabaga one day to look at a kayak and left with a job.
Sasha is part of the Canoecopia planning committee and is show coordinator. Sasha handles the show logistics for our vendors and hires over 100 staff to work the show. Sasha has worked 13 Canoecopias.
Her favorite part of Canoecopia is when she can do her part to make everything run smoothly for everyone.
Sasha's favorite thing to do on her day off is to have time to paddle her SUP board and train for triathlon racing. If Sasha could paddle with anyone, past or present, she would paddle with President Obama.
