Simple, but it’s our written policy when it comes to customer service. We always try to do what’s right. Here are the details:
- You may return products within 30 days of purchase
- A receipt must accompany all returns, or we must be able to track the purchase through customer purchase history
- Please include a description of the reason for your return. The more detail, the better
- Returned products, including packaging, must be in new, sellable condition. Rutabaga Paddlesports reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for returned products missing their original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase. In lieu of this, a refund check, or merchandise credit may be issued.
- Refunds issued to credit cards or PayPal accounts may take up to 72 hours to be processed.
- Sales of special and/or custom orders are final and not eligible for return
- Sales of closeout and yellow-tagged items are final and not eligible for return
- If you are shipped an incorrect or damaged product with your order, you will be reimbursed for any return shipping costs incurred. Return shipping costs for other issues are the customer’s responsibility.
- Please contact [email protected], in care of Shipping, in the event of an incorrect shipment. Return shipping labels may be sent electronically or with the correct product when it is shipped.
