Enjoying My New Snowshoes!   rating
I am well satisfied with my new EVA-Foam Crescent Moon snowshoes! They definitely ARE easy to put on and much easier to walk in than the old style of snowshoes. I have only used them for walking around a large snow-covered twenty-five acre field on the outskirts of the small metro area where I live but they feel comfortable and natural to use. It is important to fully loosen the two sets of velcro straps that go over your boot so that you can push your boots all the way to the front of the binding. Then tighten those straps over your boot. Otherwise, you won't be able to secure the velcro strap around the heel because you won't have enough strap! Not a flaw. Just how to put them on properly. I look forward to trying them out for longer or more demanding adventures on snow-covered winter landscapes! For casual users looking for snowshoes that are easy to use I highly recommend them!
