While you can fish from any kayak, some are highly specialized to allow you to fish where you can't go in a big boat. They are as a whole, stable, comfortable, and well-outfitted for holding your gear, plus spaces for fish finders and GoPro mounts if you want proof you caught a big lunker. Some can be purchased with a pedal drive to keep your hands free for fishing. P.S. Birders and photographers love them too!
