Rutabaga's Return Policies
Accessory Returns
- Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- A receipt must accompany all returns, or Rutabaga must be able to track the purchase through your customer purchase history.
- Include a description of the reason for your return. The more detail, the better.
- Returned products, including packaging, must be in new, sellable condition.
- Rutabaga Paddlesports reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for returned products missing their original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Refunds may take up to 72 hours to be processed once the item is received.
ORDER ISSUES
- If you are shipped an incorrect or damaged product with your order, you will be reimbursed for any return shipping costs incurred. Return shipping costs for other reasons are the customer’s responsibility.
- Please contact orders@rutabaga.com if you receive an incorrect shipment.
- Return shipping labels may be sent electronically or with the correct product when it is shipped.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
- Closeout, clearance, and yellow-tagged items are final and not eligible for return.
- Special orders and custom orders are final and not eligible for return.
