A real cooking pot that collapses down flat when you're done with it. The sidewalls are silicone so the pot packs nearly flat, but the base is a three-layer stainless steel and aluminum sandwich that spreads heat evenly and—unlike most collapsible cookware—works on an induction cooktop as well as gas and electric stoves. The dual Click-Safe handles lock on to hold, carry, and pour, then reverse to clamp the lid down and secure any tableware nested inside for transport. The wide curve where the base meets the sidewall matches Sea to Summit utensils, which also makes it easier to clean. One thing worth knowing: it's a sturdy, substantial pot, so it's better suited to car camping, a boat galley, or an RV than to ounce-counting backpacking. It's not for use on an open fire.
