The 13L is a solid all-rounder in Sea to Summit's Lightweight Dry Bag range—big enough for a day's worth of food, layers, and electronics, but still compact and easy to pack. It's made from soft, recycled 70D nylon that rolls down small when empty, with a white interior coating that helps you spot small items in dim light. The Hypalon roll-top seals out water, there's a D-ring at the buckle for clipping it to a boat or pack, and the oval base keeps it from rolling away on sloped ground.
